Coliving

Our Coliving product is tailored for individuals seeking comfortable private accommodation complemented by shared communal spaces to enjoy social moments with their housemates.

This fully equipped housing option is geared towards professionals desiring to live in a community setting within comfortable spaces and in close proximity to major cities.

Our Coliving spaces consist of houses or residences with ready-to-live shared spaces (living room, kitchen, laundry, etc.) and fully equipped private areas. They can accommodate groups ranging from 7 to 15 people in houses, and even more in our XXL buildings.

Within the coliving setup, we offer several types of private spaces:

• Room with shared bathroom
• Room with private bathroom
• Studio with private bathroom and kitchenette
• 2-room unit (bedroom & living room) accommodating up to 2 people

A private space includes at minimum:

• A sleeping area: a bed, bed frame, mattress, duvet, and pillows (sheets are also optional during the booking flow)
• A workspace: table and chair,
• A wardrobe space: a wardrobe.

Our approach is above all human: we systematically call all candidates wishing to join one of our houses. Our team is trained to evaluate profiles and affinities that are likely to get along well.

And yes, your future best friend may already be living with us!

France
Our lease has a one-month notice period, with no commitment. However, we prioritize bookings for long-term stays of more than 3 months.

Germany
The minimum rental period is 6 months. After that, you can either extend your lease or terminate it with one month's notice.

Belgium
The lease is for 6 months, with 3 months' notice and no commitment. You have the option of renewing this term, one or more times, for a maximum period of 3 years.

It's your house, therefore you and your housemates share the responsibility of taking care of household chores and of cleaning up after yourselves.

For your convenience, a cleaning service will clean the floors and surfaces of the common spaces once a week.

Housekeepers are not responsible for washing your dishes; remember to clean them yourself, and don't wait too long if you want to keep a good relationship with your roommates :).

For residences with a garden, we plan one major maintenance per year.
