We manage your property on a daily basis: finding tenants, collecting rent, coordinating repairs, and ensuring legal compliance. Our goal is to maximize your rental income while minimizing your involvement.
How much does rental management cost?
Our management fees range from 7% to 10% of rental income, depending on the property and associated services.
How do I get started?
As soon as you feel ready! An initial, no-obligation discussion to assess the possibilities, followed by support through to marketing and management.
How long does it take to find a tenant?
It all depends on the time of year, the size, and the location of the property! In our main markets, it only takes a few days to attract demand and welcome our first tenants.
How do you select tenants?
We verify the identity and creditworthiness of each applicant. And if that's not enough, we require guarantors. We also ensure that the roommates' lifestyles are compatible.
What happens in the event of unpaid rent?
We manage collection procedures and keep you informed. If necessary, we coordinate with legal services to recover unpaid rent and initiate eviction proceedings.
How do I receive my rent payments?
Each month, your rent is transferred directly to your bank account, minus our management fees and approved expenses.
How do I terminate the management mandate?
You may terminate the management mandate in accordance with the terms we negotiated together when signing the contract.
