Rules of the giveaway "ColoWheel"

Article 1 — Organization
Colonies (the "Organizer"), a simplified joint-stock company headquartered in France, runs from June 1st to August 31, 2026 a free giveaway with no purchase required called "The Colonies Wheel" (the "Game").
Article 2 — Eligibility
The Game is open exclusively to adult individuals residing in mainland France who received a personal and unique participation link by email. Employees of the Organizer and their families are excluded. Participation is strictly limited to one entry per person identified by their unique link and email address.
Article 3 — How to participate
To participate, the player must click the personal link received by email, enter their first name and email, accept these rules and spin the wheel. The result (win or loss) is displayed immediately.
Article 4 — Prizes
Prizes are split by period: June 1 to June 30, July 1 to 31, August 1 to 31, and a grand final draw on August 31, 2026 for 2 VIP tickets to Céline Dion in Paris or a trip to New York for 2. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Article 5 — Winner selection
Instant-win prizes are awarded via pre-determined winning moments. The grand final draw takes place on August 31, 2026 by random selection among registered participants. Any confirmed share grants one additional chance, capped at one bonus per participant.
Article 6 — Notification and delivery
Instant winners are notified on screen and receive an email within 48 hours. Grand final winners are notified by email within 7 days. Any prize unclaimed within 30 days is considered forfeited.
Article 7 — Personal data
In accordance with GDPR, collected information is used to manage the Game and, with consent, to send marketing communications. Retention: 3 months after the Game ends. Rights can be exercised at [email protected].
Article 8 — Rules and filing
These rules are available free of charge on the Organizer's website. A copy can be obtained at [email protected].
Article 9 — Liability
The Organizer cannot be held liable for technical malfunctions. In case of force majeure, it reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the Game.
Article 10 — Applicable law
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts.
