Rules – Christmas Draw 2025 - 2026

Article 1 – Organising Company
The company Colonies, whose registered office is located at 21 rue de Bruxelles, 75009 Paris, registered under number 824 567 721 00025, hereinafter referred to as the “Organising Company”, is organising a free prize draw with no purchase obligation entitled:
“Christmas Draw 2025–2026”.

Article 2 – Duration of the Draw
The draw will take place from 15 December 2025 at 00:01 to 15 January 2026 at 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the “Game Period”).
French date and time of connection shall prevail.

Article 3 – Conditions of Participation
The draw is open to any adult natural person who:

• signs with the Organising Company between 15/12/2025 and 15/01/2026:

  • in France: a residential lease or resident contract,

  • in Germany: a temporary rental agreement,

  • in Belgium: a civil residential lease,

  • in Spain: a seasonal residence contract;

• provides valid identification information (name, email address, phone number).

Excluded from participation are:

• employees of the Organising Company;

• partners or service providers involved in the draw;

• members of their immediate families.

Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 4 – Participation Process
Any person meeting the conditions of Article 3 is automatically entered into the draw.

• Only one entry per tenant is permitted.

• No additional form is required.

• Any fraudulent entry will result in cancellation of participation.

Article 5 – Selection of the Winner
A random draw will be conducted on 20/01/2026 using a certified random selection tool (e.g. random.org).

The following will be selected:

• 1 winner;

• 2 alternates (in case the winner does not respond).

The winner will be contacted by email and phone.
If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be awarded to the first alternate, then the second, under the same conditions.

Any costs related to internet access (cable, ADSL, etc.) shall not be reimbursed, as these are borne by the participant for general internet use.
No notification will be sent to non-winning participants; only winners will be contacted.

Article 6 – Prize
The winner will receive:
A bank transfer equivalent to one month’s rent including charges.

The Organising Company reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

Article 7 – Prize Delivery
The prize will be paid by bank transfer.
It will be transferred within a maximum of 30 days following confirmation of the winner’s identity.
The Organising Company shall not be liable for loss, theft, or deterioration of the prize after delivery.

Article 8 – Liability
The Organising Company cannot be held liable:

• in the event of interruption of the draw due to force majeure;

• in the event of incorrect or incomplete information provided by a participant;

• for any issues related to the use of the prize;

• if it is impossible to contact the winner.

The Organising Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or shorten the draw if necessary. Any changes will be updated on this page.

Article 9 – Personal Data (GDPR)
The data collected (name, email, phone number, lease signature date) is necessary to:

• manage the draw;

• contact participants;

• award the prize.

Data is retained for 12 months and then deleted.
In accordance with GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their data.
No data will be shared with unauthorised third parties.

Article 10 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The rules are freely accessible on this page.

Article 11 – Applicable Law
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Organising Company’s registered office.
